3:30–3:45 p.m.Speaker pickups from their respective hotels for transfer to The Biltmore Mayfair. Individual pickup times to be confirmed.

6:30–7:00 p.m.General admission opens.
7:30 p.m.Main programme begins.

After the eventReturn cars to each guest’s designated hotel.

Your hotel, arranged.
Hotels will be booked and arranged for all four guests. On arrival, each guest will be collected from the airport and taken to their designated hotel.
From airport to event.
Airport pickups and return transfers will be coordinated around confirmed flights. Cars will also be arranged between the hotels and the venue throughout the event.
